Sage Intacct integrations, built for the platforms it won't connect to

Sage Intacct runs your finances, but the rest of your business runs on tools Intacct doesn't talk to. We build the direct, API-level bridge that makes the data move on its own, validated and posted with no one in the middle.

Direct API, no CSV round-trips. White-label ready. Built for North America.

Many of the field and service platforms construction and trades teams use every day have no native Sage Intacct connector in the Marketplace. That missing link is where the manual work lives: export, clean up, re-key, repeat, every period.

An integration is just a connection that lets two systems hand data to each other without a person in between. When a platform exposes an API, we read from it and write into Sage Intacct through its Web Services API, so jobs, hours, photos, and invoices land in Intacct ready to post. If a platform has an API, we can connect it. If it doesn't, we usually find another way in.

The difference between a real integration and a CSV workaround is where the work goes. With CSV files, you carry the work every period: export the data, reshape it to match Intacct's templates, import it, then chase the rows that bounce. A direct bridge moves that work to a one-time build. After that the connection runs on its own schedule, and the only thing left for a person to do is review what it found before it posts.

We build to your real fields and your real workflow, not a generic template. You see exactly what will happen before anything goes live, and nothing is written to Intacct until you're satisfied. The result can run white-label under your own brand, which is how Sage consulting partners deliver it to their clients.

Platforms we bridge to Intacct

If it has an API, it can reach Intacct

Field service and scheduling

Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceM8, Tradify and similar tools hold completed jobs, hours, and invoices that belong in Intacct. We move them across without re-entry.

Construction and project management

Buildertrend, Knowify, and job-costing platforms carry project and cost data Intacct needs. The bridge keeps both sides in step.

Time, photos, and field capture

QuickBooks Time, CompanyCam, and field-capture apps feed hours and documentation straight into the right Intacct records.

Your CRM, POS, or in-house system

Leads, sales, payments, or anything custom. If it exposes an API, it can post to Intacct on a schedule instead of by hand.

Confirmed: these have no native Intacct Marketplace connector

These are the platforms where the manual work tends to pile up, because Intacct ships no connector for them. A direct bridge is the cleanest way to close that gap.

Common questions

Questions people ask

How do I connect Sage Intacct to a platform with no Marketplace connector?

When a platform has no native Sage Intacct connector, the connection has to be built directly against its API. The integration reads from the source platform and writes into Intacct through its Web Services API, so the data lands validated and ready to post. We build these bridges to any platform that exposes an API, and when a platform has no API we usually find another way in. The connection runs on its own schedule, with no export, clean-up, or re-keying in the middle.

Can you integrate Sage Intacct with Jobber, Housecall Pro, or Buildertrend?

Yes. Jobber, Housecall Pro, and Buildertrend all expose APIs, so a direct integration can pull completed jobs, hours, customers, and invoices and post them into Sage Intacct without manual re-entry. Because these platforms are not in the Sage Intacct Marketplace as native connectors, the integration is custom-built and shaped around the exact fields and workflow you use. The same approach works for Knowify, CompanyCam, QuickBooks Time, Tradify, ServiceM8, your CRM, your POS, or any other system with an API.

What does a custom Sage Intacct integration cost?

Cost depends on the systems involved, how many record types move between them, and how the data needs to be transformed in flight. We scope each integration on a fixed-price basis after a short discovery call, so you know the number before any build starts. The trade you are weighing is a one-time build cost against the recurring hours your team currently spends moving the data by hand.

Is it safe to connect an outside tool to my Sage Intacct account?

A connection to Sage Intacct uses dedicated Web Services credentials, namely a Web Services user and a sender ID authorized for your company, rather than a personal login. Best practice is to grant the integration only the permissions it needs and to preview data before it is written. We build the preview step in by default, so you can confirm exactly what will change before anything posts.

Can the integration run under our own brand?

Yes. Every bridge and app we build is available white-label, so Sage consulting firms can deliver it to their clients under their own name. The underlying connection is the same; the branding, naming, and packaging are yours.
