Wolpert Dynamics is a software company based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We design and ship applications that connect to and exchange data with Sage products. Our applications include Crossbeam, Billwright, Intacct Workbench, and PaySync. References to "we," "us," and "our" in this policy mean Wolpert Dynamics.

Our applications connect to your Sage environment and to other systems you authorize, such as QuickBooks or CSV files you provide. To do their job, they read and move business data on your behalf. Depending on the application, this can include accounting records, work orders, invoices, employee timesheets, and payroll information.

How our applications connect to Sage

Our applications access Sage products through official APIs and authorized database connections. Access is granted by you, the customer, using your own Sage credentials or an authorized connection. We use that access only to perform the functions of the application you are running, such as migrating records, importing data, building invoices, or processing payroll.

We do not retain copies of your Sage data beyond what is needed to complete the task you have asked the application to perform, and we do not use your Sage data to train any model or for any purpose unrelated to delivering the application's function.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information or your business data. We share information only in these limited cases:

• Service providers. We work with trusted providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, email and CRM tools, and payment or advertising platforms. They may handle information on our behalf and are only permitted to use it to provide their service to us.
• Systems you authorize. When you direct one of our applications to move data into or out of a system, such as Sage Intacct or Sage 100 Contractor, we transfer that data to that system as part of the function you requested.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or to respond to a lawful request.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. Connections to Sage and other systems use secure, authorized methods. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

We keep the contact information you provide for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records. Business data processed by our applications is retained only as long as needed to complete the task, and according to any agreement we have with you as the customer. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time, subject to our legal obligations.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of receiving product messages from us at any time.
