We process this data on your behalf. The business data our applications handle belongs to you, the customer. We act as a processor of that data under your direction. We do not use it for our own purposes, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except as needed to perform the function you have asked the application to do.

How our applications connect to Sage
Our applications access Sage products through official APIs and authorized database connections. Access is granted by you, the customer, using your own Sage credentials or an authorized connection. We use that access only to perform the functions of the application you are running, such as migrating records, importing data, building invoices, or processing payroll.
We do not retain copies of your Sage data beyond what is needed to complete the task you have asked the application to perform, and we do not use your Sage data to train any model or for any purpose unrelated to delivering the application's function.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information or your business data. We share information only in these limited cases:
- Service providers. We work with trusted providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, email and CRM tools, and payment or advertising platforms. They may handle information on our behalf and are only permitted to use it to provide their service to us.
- Systems you authorize. When you direct one of our applications to move data into or out of a system, such as Sage Intacct or Sage 100 Contractor, we transfer that data to that system as part of the function you requested.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or to respond to a lawful request.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. Connections to Sage and other systems use secure, authorized methods.
